Konica Minolta Projet 6000 HD
The Projet 6000 HD, designed and made by 3D Systems, is a professional compact 3D printer that uses Stereolithography (SLA) printing technology. Stereolithography uses a PolyRay printhead with photo polymerize liquid resin. The result is various compatible materials with a myriad of physical properties, including high-temperature resistance, higher impact strength, and better tensile strength.
The Konica Minolta Projet 6000 HD uses what’s called VisiJet SL Clear, a new USP Class VI certified printing material, which is ideal for manufacturing medical products. It can be used to manufacture mass custom products for dental applications and hearing aids, amongst others. A high printing accuracy of 0.001 – 0.002 inches per inch and high-speed printing with layers as fine as 0.1mm ensures accurate reproduction of well-designed 3D models.
The flexibility of the Konica Minolta Projet 6000 HD, in addition to its ease of use, puts Pro-level 3D printing within reach of just about any professional that needs it.
